Symptom : The savings screen doesn’t display correctly

Remedy:

This can occur if you have a generic Microsoft display driver that may have been installed when installing/upgrading your operating system. To upgrade the driver to the manufactures own driver please follow these steps

Go to control panel> System > Device Manager

Expand the Display adapter’s category and then double click your graphics card

Then select the Driver tab
Now click the update driver button

Here you can either let Windows automatically check to see if there is a more recent driver or you can select a driver manually - either one that came on a CD or one downloaded from the manufactures website

Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation, the ecobutton savings screen should now display correctly.

Note: If you are still experiencing problems try adjusting your display resolution to a native setting via the Control Panel > Display > Screen resolution and/or try adjustingthe DPI settings.
